| Birth and death |
Records vary depending on the county or city keeping them, but generally run from 1893 to 1905 (Lancaster 1883).
Recording births and deaths was not required; therefore not all birth and death events were recorded. After 1906 you, as the relative, must write to the Dept. of Vital Statistics in New Castle, PA for birth and death records. A copy of a photo ID is required. See PA Dept. of Health. |
